I'm in portugal for about 10 days, in fact, I'm typing this from portugal!
the villa I'm staying in has teh internets so I'll be on every now and again during the next week or so. It's lovely out here, if you wanna know, i'm staying near carvoiero (or however it's spelt).
oh, and I'm turning the big 1-6 on the 25th, so I'll try and be on for a bit of that.

yep, I rarely sat down all week and my legs still hurt, oh well. It was more fun than school!

from monday until friday I'm doing work experience, and it's at my favourite shop!
CEX. It's my fave because it sells games, like, really cheap. And when you have very little cash, but a penchant for games you need them cheap.
so yeah, I've got work experience at my favourite shop, hmm, what else? no lessons for a week... and sadly I don't get paid for it :'(. I'll do my best though and hopefully I'll get a part-time job there afterwards.

As I was waiting in my cold, dark, damp prison cell, the bell, which struck every hour on the hour, began to chime. the time I had left before my execution was short, it had struck four times, indicating it was four o' clock. My execution was at five. I looked back at my life, trying to find where I had fallen off the rails, as I had been tried for and found guilty of a crime that warranted my death. Even though I had been searching in my mind for days, I still couldn't find where i had gone wrong.
it wasn't until... it must have been five to five... when i realized where I had gone wrong. by which time I heard the jangling of the keys, the ominous rattling of my death. Tears fell but I did not know why, as I never was scared of dying, I guess it was because it seemed impossible that this was the end, up until then it had felt like some insane dream. As I was being led off to the gallows by the guards, I though of escaping, however, I knew that such a thing would be impossible, where would I have gone? not home, I was wanted there, my only choice would've been to hide in the forest...(here the story departs from the song) I was just about to go up to the Rope when all of a sudden there was a "YARR!". My crewmates had come to rescue me. While the guards were distracted, I kicked one and made my escape. so I'm back on the pirate ship, on the seven seas where I belong, my next target: an island in the carribean, where it is said convicts may go and lay low until people forget about them. I'll stay there for a year.

i'm a prefect at school! i now get to wear an uber awesome shiny new RED tie, instead of the sucky old BLUE tie that non-prefects have to wear!
but yeah, i now have music-related responsibilities.

sadly i can't find a picture of the tie, but it's red, with two thin yellow stripes, and in between the stripes is the hemel school crest. it's waay better than the skanky old blue one.
